How do I exchange or return?

Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your items; please follow the instructions here to proceed with an exchange or return.

How do I figure out my size?

Our sizing chart should help, it can be found on any product page by clicking "Help me choose the right size". Feel free to contact us if you are unsure of your size and we will do our best to guide you. If you find the size wrong upon delivery, as long as the tag is still fastened and the product you wish to return is not on final sale, feel free to swap the size to find a better fit. Keep in mind that our sizes in the Empowered & Feminine collection run generously.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been processed yet, you may be eligible to change or cancel it. Email us at [email protected]

Can I track my shipped order?

Yes, the tracking number will be emailed to you within a few days of your purchase.

I didn't receive my order.

What are my payment options?

We accept payment through most major credit card companies, PayPal and afterpay (4 interest-free payments).

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free for regular deliveries in the US for orders above $100; charges will be applied for express and priority mail in the US & Canada and worldwide. All Day Alba, Inc., at times, may offer limited free shipping worldwide and this promotion will be publicized.

How do I redeem my coupon code?

At checkout there will be an opportunity to insert the coupon code before entering your payment method.
