Returns & Exchanges

Do you need to return or exchange the items you ordered? With us you can do it easily and quickly. Here is how:

  1. Have your order number ready.
  2. Click here to begin your return. Complete the steps listed on the screen.
  3. You will have the option to print your return label, or you can show your QR code at one of the approved locations to have label printed for you. (The QR code will be provided via email once you book your return.)
  4. Take your return to any of the 32,000 US drop-off locations.
  5. Look for updates, as we’ll send keep you informed so you can easily track the progress of your return and refund.
  6. We’ll deduct $8 from your refund to cover shipping costs.

Returns and Exchanges

 

What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?

Items that are in their original condition: unwashed and unworn, no scents or odors, no tears, all tags must be attached. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.

Items which are damaged or defective.

Items that are on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How long do I have to return or exchange an item I bought?

Within 30 days of purchase. To receive a refund, items must be received at our facility within 30 days of ordering. Please allow 10-14 days for return mail. Once the items are received you will be refunded.

Return shipping fee

A stocking fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange shipping fee

Exchanges are free within the US.

Limitations on returning/ Exchanging items

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

On international shipments, at this time, we cannot offer free shipping or free returns. Merchandise can be retuned but not exchanged.

Getting a price adjustment

We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 7 days of your order date, excluding if the item is marked down for a time-limited sale or promotion. Items purchased using a promotion code, during a sale, or by means of any other discount aren't eligible for a price adjustment unless you used only a free shipping discount.


NOTE: "Final Sale" items are not eligible for a price adjustment.

What happens next?
If your purchase is eligible for a price adjustment, we refund you the difference in your original form of payment, such as the credit card you used.

We will...

A credit card

Refund your purchase amount to that same card.

A gift card

Refund your purchase amount to the same gift card or issue a new gift card for that amount.

A promotional code or discount

Exchange the item for the same style in another size or color. (If you choose to exchange the item for a different style, the discount can't be transferred.)

Refunds and credits

Most refunds on returns are in the form of original payment.

 

Please note:

When a refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

We do not accept C.O.D deliveries. If you choose not to use our prepaid shipping label, shipment is at your expense.

On international shipments we cannot offer at this time free shipping or free returns. Merchandise can be returned but not exchanged.

If you pay using both a gift card and a credit card, and later decide to return your purchase, the amounts are credited differently depending on whether you return all or part of the original purchase total. For example, if you split a $100 total between a gift card and a credit card, we would refund half the return to the credit card, and half to a new gift card we would send you. But if you returned only one item with a cost of $60, we would refund $50 of that to your credit card and $10 to a new gift card. And if you returned the $40 item, the entire refund would go to the credit card.
